A Bone Folder#102300is one of the most useful craft tools you can have in your basic tool collection. Originally used in bookmaking, a bone folder is used to create crisp and sharp foldsin paper and card stock. It is particularly useful for getting a professional looking finish on handmade cards. A bone folder can be used to score a piece of paper or card stock and to flatten the fold. Bone folders have many other uses too. They can be used to smooth paper to remove air bubbles when attaching two pieces of paper or card stock together, apply stickers and wide variety of other purposes. Bone folders are can be found in different shapes and sizes. They were originally made from bone - hence the name. However today they are much more likely to be made from acrylic or plastic. If you want clean folds on your projects, the bone folder is what you need. It looks like such a simple tool, but it’s really a necessity. Well it's the middle of the week. A lot of people call it "hump" day. Two days down and two days to go before the weekend. We are half way there. It gives some a good feeling. Today's card may remind you of a lazy day on the porch or a day by the lake. I hope it gives you a feeling of "PEACE WITHIN" just as the name of the stamp set suggest.
